On the 9th of September 2025, Jayde and Brock said I do at the stunning White Barn Pokolbin in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Their day was filled with heartfelt moments, timeless styling, and a celebration that flowed effortlessly from romance to full-on party vibes. As a Hunter Valley wedding photographer, it was an honour to capture every detail of their story.
Classic Styling with a Personal Touch
The florals were elegant silk bouquets in fresh greens and whites, classic and timeless. Jayde added her own sentimental touch by attaching a special memory brooch to her bouquet, a meaningful detail that made her walk down the aisle even more personal.
Her bidesmaids shone in soft powder blue satin dresses, while the groomsmen looked sharp in classic black suits with blue ties. Brock stood out in a beautiful textured white tie to complement his bride, a simple but striking choice that tied the whole look together.
Real, Raw Emotions
Jayde shared a “first look” with both her brother and stepdad. It must have been a dusty corner, because there wasn’t a dry eye in sight (photographer included!). These raw, emotional moments were a highlight of the day and a reminder of what weddings are truly about: family, connection, and love.
Reception Style & Celebrations
The reception styling was romantic and thoughtful, with pastel bouquets, a hint of blue, and handmade personal gifts for guests. A vintage two-tier cake added to the charm, perfectly matching the timeless elegance of the day.
Although the sun ducked behind the clouds, the Spring air stayed warm and inviting. Before the reception kicked off, Jayde and Brock along with their “I Do Crew”, explored the beautiful grounds of White Barn Pokolbin, wandering through the olive grove and alongside the dams.
From Romance to Party Mode
When it came time to make their entrance, the energy skyrocketed. Their wedding party brought the vibe with fun entrances, and Jayde and Brock made their way in framed by sparkling indoor fireworks, a true showstopper.
Later in the evening, we slipped outside for some night portraits during blue hour. The results? Absolutely gorgeous. Soft, romantic, and timeless, the perfect way to close out such a beautiful day in the Hunter Valley.
