5 TIPS to a chill vibe on your big day
Big facts. A relaxed wedding day does not happen by accident. It is designed. Here is how you build a timeline that lets you actually enjoy your day and still get everything done without chaos.
1. Pad everything on purpose
Whatever you think something will take add 10 to 15 minutes. Dresses take time. People wander. Buffer time is the difference between chill energy and sprinting in heels.
2. Build the day around the celebration not the photos
Golden hour is the real VIP. Plan portraits around the best light and let the rest of the day flow around that. Better photos and less pressure equals instant calm.
3. Do not stack moments back to back
Ceremony straight into photos straight into reception is a fast track to burnout. Leave breathing room between key moments so you can hug people grab a drink, eat and reset.
4. Choose a first look or split portraits
A first look gives you time earlier in the day when things are quieter. If that is not your vibe split portraits into short blocks. You get variety without disappearing from your own wedding.
5. Trust pros and let go of micromanaging
A solid planner photographer and videographer will guide the timeline in real time. When you stop watching the clock the day slows down in the best way.
We can curate a timeline that allows you to relax and enjoy your day while still capturing everything that matters. With the right flow, the day feels effortless and unrushed.
